HOW TO REGISTER FOR FLAG FOOTBALL

There are 4 Steps to complete so you can play on the team.

Step 1 - Let me know you're interested in playing.

Scan the QR code or click on the Sign Up button to register so I know you're interested. This way I can keep you up to date on what going on. Once you register, Coach Sciplin will send you the link to join the team's Discord Chat Group.

The best way to know what's going on daily is to join the MV Flag Football server on Discord.  

 

Step 2 - Get Cleared to Play.

​Athletic Clearance - To register to play a sport, you first go to Home Campus to start the process. This is a short cut from going to Athletic Clearance.com and selecting California. After you register for the first time, select the sports you want to play, and follow the prompts. Each school year, you'll follow the same process. Once you've started the process and select, Flag Football, you'll show on my roster.

Step 3 - Complete your physical

You'll need to complete your physical and get cleared to play before the first day of official practice.  You can only be cleared by the Athletic Director or Athletic Trainer. Make sure the physical is signed and dated by the doctor. Click this link for a copy of the form.  It may be more efficient to get your physical before you start the clearance process. Your registration won't be approved until all steps have been completed.

Step 4 - Concussion Baseline Test

Not completing this is the biggest reason students are Denied from participation. Make this a priority to complete.
